This layer is responsible for interacting with Enterprise Information repositories, including most of the popular databases and ERP systems. The open interface architecture makes it very simple to add plugin connectors to support other enterprise information repositories, too.
Collaborative Services :
This set of services includes registration, querying, archiving, sharing, etc. These services collaborates the enterprise wide knowledge together and help in efficiently share or distribute it amongst the knowledge workers.
Communication Services :
CoServer™ architecture supports wide range of user interactive communication services. Standard support for HTTP/HTTPS and E-mail support on SNMP and POP is available in basic module. Support for WAP and VOIP is optional.
