Utility Services and Components Descriptions
Login & Authentication
This module enables secure login creation and authentication. Login information is stored in the database in a highly secured encrypted format.
E-Mail
This module is the integrated mail server of the system which picks up the mail from organization’s mail server (located within company or outside)
Chat
These services help in supporting the online help if required by application. Online help connects one expert to one customer/client. Four priority queues are supported.
Query Monitor
This module monitors the pending queries and sends notifications / alarms to responsible persons and reporting authorities. The service also supports four priority queues, each of which can have separate thresholds for alarm generation / escalation. Three escalation levels are provided: Note (or Attention), Warning (or Serious) and Emergency (or Critical)
Problem/Complaints Monitor
This module monitors the pending problems or complaints. Each problem / complaint is allowed to have its own estimated resolution time and three thresholds in terms of percentages are allowed for alarm generation/ escalation. Three escalation levels are provided: Note (or Attention), Warning (or Serious) and Emergency (or Critical)
Improvement/ Suggestions Monitor
This module monitors the pending improvement request or suggestion. Each improvement/ suggestion is allowed to have its own estimated resolution time and three thresholds in terms of percentages are allowed for alarm generation/ escalation. Three escalation levels are provided: Note (or Attention), Warning (or Serious) and Emergency (or Critical)
Project Monitor
This module monitors all the tasks and milestones of projects. If the end date is approaching, reminders are sent and if it is slipping alarm messages are sent. One threshold is provided for reminding and three for slippage. All are provided in terms of days. The three escalation levels provided are called: Note (or Attention), Warning (or Serious) and Emergency (or Critical). The participants can be all internal or a mix of both internal & external.
Periodic Reporting
This module periodically captures the data and send on configured time The reports can be in Text or Excel form

Management Services Descriptions
Sessions Monitor
This module keeps track of users activities for statistical purposes. Both user wise and aggregate statistics are collected. The actual data is decided by the application
Configuration Management
This module helps the System Administrators to configure different components of the system. For example, settings of E-Mail Server.
Enterprise Information Access Services Descriptions
Database engine
This is the module that deposits and retrieves data from database. It also does the requested data manipulations.
Web Services Interface
Allows for connectivity to other business applications in standard way
ERP and Legacy Systems Connectors
These connectors will allow the CoServer based solutions to exchange the information to and from the Standard ERP and Legacy systems
Communication Services Descriptions
Mobile Devices support
Allows for connectivity to mobile devices
IVR support
Allows pre-defined replies to be sent on voice based selections over Telephone
